Hi

I'm a new here, just have signed in. Two months passed since we started our IV journey, my husband got Noa 1 on December 27 and we are waiting our Noa 2, I saw here some of December fillers have been approved, just wondering is there any exact reason why it takes from some appliers short time from anothers pretty long time even I saw some are waiting their noa2 around 9 months..? I hope my journey will not last long coz really missed my hubby and he missed us too, we have pretty 10 months old girle baby and everyday she is seeing her daddy on webcam sometimes it's making me cry ;(( she can't feel her daddy around

Thank you for respond, I read some topics at VJ which says the processing time depends on country which spouse of USC lives, for example if it's a high fraud country it'll take long time in USCIS or is it myth..?

If you did a search you'd see that it 99% of cases the processing time at USCIS since August 12th, 2012 depends on where the USC lives, not the beneficiary.

At the visa/embassy level that is another story.

My husband got hard copy of Noa 1 from NBC, I hope it will get approved in 90 days as his lawyer said

Does your husband live in America?

If so, 90 days is optimistic.

Your husband lives in the chicago area?

Or he sent to the chicago lockbox?

If he's LIVES in the chicago area, then no sorry, you'll be waiting still for a bit.

Hope for 4mos total.

Chicago is currently working on October and hopefully moving to november soon.

If he does not live near chicago, then what major city is he near?

Or even better:

Ohhh interesting.

I haven't casually seen any Hawaii filers.

I can see from the volume trends that they don't have many files there.

Under 1000.

But Hawaii is a place for vacationing and being laid back, eh?

So maybe they're slow there hehe.

Sorry I can't help you more than that.

You might try narrowing down a timeline search to find other people there.
