HI guys,

As you know, for removing of condition for the 2 years GC, one of the process is the Biometric.

my question is;

do you supposed to receive a notice after doing the biometric that says you have done the biometric and wait for result or whatever, any notice?

cuz i have done my biometric a month ago, and never heard from them since then?

You will not receive any notification about biometrics after completing them.

so now what? just wait for them? it has bee a month already!

I would sit back and relax. We just sent off our ROC and according to the USCIS website they are processing June 2012 at the CSC. So I am hoping we get the 10 year GC about this time next year. Life goes on and she can travel on her expired GC and extension letter which we will do in August. Since she is not working we do not have to worry about showing any employer her renewed immigration status. My bet is you have about 5 months more to wait. At least it is not like the visa process where you were apart from your loved one for the entire waiting period.

Good luck,

Dave
