I-693 - Medical

Hello everyone,

Putting my package together and ha da quick question.

I know when you send in ur aos package, you eventually get a letter or something to tell u to do a medical. is this the same as the I-693 form?

I noticed the guide said u submit it with the package so Im confused. Do you send it with Aos or do u send aos docs and then wait for them to tell u to go ahead.

You submit the sealed I-693 medical examination form with the AoS.

If you do not submit it you will receive an RFE for it, delaying the processing of your case.

you will only receive the letter telling you to get a medical done if you didn't submit it in the first place - this is an RFE.

Find a civil surgeon and complete your medical. They will fill out form I-693 and seal it for you to send with your packet.
