I work in US and live in Mexico. I support my fiancee and her 2 beautiful daughters 100%. This gives me the right to claim them on my taxes (W-7). My worry is if I claim with the IRS that I live in Mexico (Tijuana) and apply for the CR-1 and they see from my taxes that I live in Tijuana, they will not approve the CR-1 to get my soon to be wife her Conditionally Permanent Resident Alien Card. I have an address in San Diego to use for Residence. I am thinking I will tell them we will live in the US when she gets her Card. Any advice would be appreciated, and thank you for taking time to read my post.

You have to have a US domicile, or intent of reestablishing a US domicile. It is genrally not a problem, but don't fudge it. Here is the instruction for I-864 for your situation:

. You intend in good faith to reestablish your domicile in the United States no later than the date of the intending immigrant's admission or adjustment of status. You must submit proof that you have taken concrete steps to establish you will be domiciled in the United States at a time no later than the date of the intending immigrant's admission or adjustment of status. Concrete steps might include accepting a job in the United States, signing a lease or purchasing a residence in the United States, or registering children in U.S. schools. Please attach proof of the steps you have taken to establish domicile as described above.

And of course your wife will have to live primarily in the US to maintain her GC once she gets it.
