Filling AOS papers???

I was confused about filling up the AOS forms.Do i change my family name there to my husband last name?Please help me..Thanks.

You put your last name. If you took your husband's name when you married, you would use that name, your married name on the AOS application.

What do you mean?We already married and I was confused if i can already used his family name in filling AOs form as my Family name?

From the moment you are married your name has changed, since you file for the AOS after the marriage you use your new name, unless it especifically asks for your maiden name.
