Hello Vj! Im trying to fill out the I864 to sponsor mom.Last time I worked was April 2012 Part time since I was a student since Feb 2012. Now my questions are:

Q#22-D- Is it correct if I check UNEMPLOYED (DATE APRIL 2012) - STUDENT .....?

Q#23 - What do I put? $0.00 or the total income i got for 2012? We already filed our income tax for 2012 last week so Im including the latest tax returns.

Q24 A - I put what ever number I had on 23 ryt?

Q24 B- Can I put my hubby and his income since he will cosponsor my petition right? And have him fill out I864A correct? And its just him who will fill that out?

Q24 C - Total Household income - Is this for 2012? So I put whatever total income that is in our Tax since its joint correct?

Part 7. Use of assests - should I leave that blank since Hubby makes more than poverty line? Or better fill in? I got all the bank info and his 401k

THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ALL YOUR HELP VJ MEMEBERS! LONG LIVE VISAJOURNEY!!! (F)(L)
