Okay- since you are seeking assistance-

First you need to have an approved K1 petition.

You need to prepare the packet, you can use the guides on this website to assist you. You are aware that one of the conditions is having met in the prior 2 years. You are going to submit a waiver of that requirement. You are expecting to be approved. Once you pass that hurdle and have a successful approved K1 petition- you can apply for an expedite.

So open this page here- http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1flow

Youre going to send in your packet. Youre going to most likely receive the NOA1. Thats basically a receipt. Youll probably get the RFE (request for evidence where they will ask for the proof of meeting and you can submit your waiver of your hardship for not meeting if you havent already) If it is accepted- thats when you can breathe a sigh of relief and consider your petition accepted and move on to submit an expedite request to try to get your NOA2 quicker.

To qualify for a hardship expedite you have to demonstrate that its necessary for your fiance to be here sooner. That its an extremely emergent situation. Or that its medically necessary. Is she medically necessary to your care? You would need Drs letters. You would need your own letter and lots of supporting evidence. You can go to your local rep and ask for assistance in creating a hardship letter. They wont write it for you, but they can assist you.

You can search the forum for how to contact your local rep for help with immigration matters.

Once you submit the hardship expedite- you may get an answer with in weeks, you may get an answer in months, you may get approved, you may not.

Also Harpa is not trying to be discouraging. Shes being realistic. Theres a lot of what ifs here. Youre already inquiring on how to do an expedite when its debatable if they will even approve your petition with out meeting the requirements about having met with in the last 2 years.

Youre looking very far in the future, researching things that may not happen. You will only need to file the expedite IF they approve the petition with out you guys meeting. Its very rare that they will approve it.

I understand someone told you they 'should approve it'. And yeah, they should. But they most likely wont. You should focus right now on getting it approved and then worry about speeding it up when the time comes.
