Do not send the original approval letter send a photocopy only.... you need the I-94 at interview because it proves you entered the country legally.... the office dealing with your AOS will not be the same office that dealt with your I-130... as you did not file together... so they will not have the original available to them at interview time...

I learned that the hard way...stupid stupid me:(

They told me i can file form G-884, Request for the return of origial documents, i was told i can probably explain in my I485 form why the copy is not included (i was so stupid that didn't even make a copy of the I94, all i have is the letter of approval for my extension...)

What do you guys think i should do?

Thanks...i learned my lesson about photocopies :)

2 more questions...

1-Do i really need to make copies of my passport visa? (It was issued a few years ago and lasts 10 yrs)

2- Do i need to submit the biographic forms for me and for my husband?

11/21/06 - Mailing out AOS package

11/24/06 - AOS received by USCIS (day 1)

11/29/06 - NOA issued (day 6)

12/01/06 - Biometrics appt. issued (day 7)

12/06/06 - I485 touched (day 12)

12/13/06 - I765 touched (day 19)

12/16/06 - Biometrics Appt. - reescheduled ( day 22)

12/22/06 - Biometrics done..finally! (day 28)

12/27/06 - I485&I765 touched (day 33)

01/03/07 - I485&I765 touched (day 40)

01/22/07 - Received letter with interview appt (day 59)

02/05/07 - I765 touched (day 73)

02/07/07 - EAD approved (day 75)

02/10/07 - EAD received (day 78)

03/11/07 - I485 touched (day 107)

03/27/07 - **Interview**(day 123) **********APPROVED**********

03/27/07 - Welcome letter issued (day 123)

03/28/07 - Card production ordered(day 124)

04/04/07 - Approval notice sent (day 131)

04/06/07 - Greencard received (day 133)
