Feb 14 2013 Mailed next day air

Feb 15, 2013 Received

Feb 20, 2013 I797 letter in the mail from Vermont USCIS processing

Feb 21, 2013 USCIS sent email of acceptance

I see it takes a couple of months after this. I put my receipt number and it is on a website they have. It states processing something like that.

I had to read the I129F application, they ask for photograph of me and my gf, two g325s one on me and her, photos, airline tickets, proof of phone comm, copies of texts, emails, my passport copy, bank statement copy. I went above and beyond with the evidence. Ill keep you guys posted as far as 2013 goes.

You should use this information and update your actual timeline that VJ provides. Click on "timeline" to the left of your post.

Doing this will not only help others, but it will provide you an estimate on when your case might be reviewed.

It takes more than just a couple of months after that. USCIS accepted your documents, but haven't approved your petition yet. The long wait (without any news) begins now.

Also, update your profile so your filing location is "Vermont Service Center" and not Texas Service Center. You sent your petition package to the Texas lockbox, which is a different place than TSC. TSC doesn't process I-129F petitions. Only Vermont and California Service Centers do.

As Evelyn said, create your VJ timeline and be sure to choose Vermont SC.
