Will I be denied because we met online, she is from Ghana, I am 13 years older than her, we are interracial, we only have met in person for two weeks, she is currently unemployed and doesn't have a college degree, I got divorced five years ago to an american citizen, we have only been in contact with one another for 4 months, all we have for correspondence is Skype chat and vacation photos?

As dry and fraudulent as our relationship may sound, we are in love. I'm just asking because if it is likely my K1 visa will be denied. I will just move to Ghana, get married there, try to sustain a living as a teacher on 200 to 500 dollars a month and wait out the 2 year CR1 process while living together in Ghana (and would they even approve a CR1 without a current job in the US and absolutely no money left to my name after living in Ghana for two years?).

This is not a romance scam either so please don't post that concern here. I'm looking for advice on filing my K1 Fiance Visa. Can I file now with the documents I currently have, or do I have to make more visits to Ghana and let more time pass(which is very undesirable seeing how long a Ghanian K1 visa will take?

Just gather all proof of relationship you have and go for it. It will help if you can visit her before her interview or maybe even go to the interview with her.Since you mentioned CR1, it is also an option but you don't have to move to her country...you can go there, get married and return to the US to start the process. I think the waiting time right now is pretty much the same for both. Good luck on your journey B-)

No-one can tell you for sure whether you will be denied, but your case doesn;t sound that bad. If there is any way you can, asecond visit would be good though.

BTW, a CR-1 spousal visa usually takes a year or less, not 2 years.
