Annulment document and G325A

Hi everyone!

My husband and I are about to lodge our visa applications for me and my son. We are currently filling up our I-130 and G325A forms.

My questions are:

(1) Do I have to submit a copy of the decision for my annulment or would an NSO authenticated Marriage Contract with an annotation of my annulment judgement and a Certified true copy of the Finality of Annulment are enough documents to submit to prove termination of my previous marriage?

(2) I ask question 1 because in the G325A form, it asks for the list of my previous residences for the last five years. If a copy of the decision of my annulment is necessary, should I indicate there the residence where I have obtained my annulment decree when it is only my secondary residence?

All your insights would be very helpful. Thanks!

Hi!

We submitted both, the court order and the NSO annotated copy of the old marriage certificate.

You need to state all the addresses you stayed which cover the 5 year requirement.

Hope this may help. Goodluck!

We filed only the NSO copy, they really don't care about the other because the Finality is not final until it is registered with the NSO. List only your main residence's for the last 5 years
