Hello vj members my name is angel I have been waiting for since July 9 2012 for an approval on my case I keep checking on the status and still says the same thing as day one am not sure what to do anymore if wait or call because I been told that when you call it delays the process I filed in atlanta and am not sure which is the service center my application is in please any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I think its about time to call them. You are not sure which service center your application is?.In your timeline it says Texas..did they transfer it?

Have your petitioner to call or put in an E-request. Just be ready with your Birth cert (copy). In my case, my hubby placed an e-request and after 5 days me and my son received our NOA2 by email. BUT later on, my hubby recvd another notice requesting for my birth cert to be mailed at USCIS local office..

My hubby did not include my BC in our I-130 packet when he filed since it is not part of the requirement but lately a LOT of I-130 filers have been getting RFE's because of that.. Be ready, just in case they will ask your petitioner for it, thats if, you also did not include your BC in your I-130 packet.
