Hello again! Im working on the evidence for the interview.. Hopefully soon!

1.- It is OK if my fiance gets me an employment letter from his work? His manager is willing to give us a letter and the work but in the same building..SAME COMPANY..

2.- I read two times the I134 and there is only one part where the form requests the last tax return: when the sponsor is self employed.

IF MY SPONSOR WORKS IN A COMPANY (HOSPITAL) THEN, I DONT NEED HER TO SEND ME THE TAX RETURN COPIES FROM LAST 3 YEARS..? just verifying..

You need proof of income pattern, previous year's returns are the best evidence. You can get tax transcripts for free from the IRS. A letter from employer helps. But solid evidence from another government source is the best evidence.

If you ae using the I-134, you are going to need evidence of your savings in US banks, copy of your tax return, copies of and stock or retirement accounts, and evidence of any other property that you may have. The only portion that needs to be notarized is the I-134 itself and not the other documentation. A letter from your employer is good too.

Whilst the I-134 itself states that one only needs to have tax returns when the sponsor is self employed; the 134 is only one thing that a conof may use to determine if the applicant will or won't become a public charge, hence why other documentation is often required.
