Your scheme could actually backfire since it could be seen as "buying" a babysitter rather than marrying a fiance.

I don't think she is "buying" a baby sitter and I don;t think that was her "scheme". she was merely saying that least least he will be there to watch the kids so she can work a part time job while he waits for a job himself.

* Removal of Conditions (RoC) via California Service Centre
1st May 2015 - 90 day RoC window opened

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Comes to forum looking for advice. Gets the correct answer. Learns that no, just because he has a case of the poors he can't jump in line.

"Screw you guys, you're not USCIS, YOU DON'T KNOW ME, stay out of my business that I posted on a public forum!"

Like it or not, you don't qualify for a hardship. Them's the breaks.

Also, if you don't make enough to satisfy the Affidavit of Support, you're likely going to be denied, anyway.
