I know the mail is not very reliabe here in the dominican republic, we also went to the post office here today and nothing there, Could we use the Email copy they sent both of us for the appointment to get into the embassy or we have to use the one they send to her from the embassy, running out of time interview is in 2 weeks?

As long as what they emailed you has all of the information on it i.e time and date of interview and so forth that should be fine. You can use that to go and have the medical done as well. Otherwise you can request to have the packet picked up at the Consulate.

I have heard from several that the medical office does not send the packet to the Consulate. Several people have posted that they were told they did only to find out on the day of the interview they needed to pick it up. I know when my fiance had his done they put a sticker on his passport with the day he was suppose to come back and pick it up (5 business days later). I would check that to make sure you don't have to take it back later.
