Hi everyone, I would like know if anyone has gone through what I'm going through now....my petition has been approved since January 25th 2013 and since then I haven't received a case number not them receiving my case..I called some minutes ago and a lady picked...she told me to scan my approval and email it to them....

The issue is has this response yield something positive or its just a message to shut one up for the moment...I'm just not happy with all this....

Response needed

Yes it may give u some insight. I asked you if you called USCIS asked for a tier 2 and asked "when did my case physically leave the service center"? I went through it and was lost my t for 30 days unti I did what I have told you and got my case sent to NVC.

Go ahead and scan and send like they said to the email and please do call USCIS.

Good luck

I kept on calling 3-4th week until the lady told me the same thing and it took another 11 days before I finally got a case number. Once u get ur case number, everything moves faster.
