You just your NOA2 10 days ago. Do call but don't expect ur case to be there. Its taking about 3 to 4 weeks for cases to even arrive than another 7 to 14 days to assign case #.

Call or have the petitioner call if the petitioner is in the USA. It is taking the NVC few weeks to give the Case # and the IIN number. Patience is something one has to have. I would suggest calling every few days for an update. The petitioner will receive the letter with the Case # within few weeks and instructions. They are open in the evenings if you must call. I would think twice before calling from Nigerian for you will need to be on hold for 20-40 minutes depending on the time of the day you call before speaking to a person on the other end.

to shorten your wait time, try and call between 1:30 and 2:30pm Naija time. Your best bet is the petitioner following up from this side.
