How long to received fingerprint appointment.

Hello again vj members. i just wanted to know the members that received their extension letter for their 10 year greencard, how long after receiving your extension letter that you got your appointment letter for fingerprints. i have read that some members got the appointment notice right away after receiving their extension letter. my wife's extension letter came from the VSC office. We had received the extension letter on feb 16th, 2013 and it was dated the feb 13th, 2013. i know that we shouldn't worry about it but i would like to hear from you members on when you received your fingerprints appointment after receiving your extension letter. thank you vj members.

We got our biometrics letter about a month after we filed and the appointment was set for a couple weeks after the letter had been sent. Our service center is CSC though, I know they move a little faster than VSC.

You should receive the biometrics appointment letter within a month. Just be prepared that you may only have a couple of weeks from receiving the letter to the appointment date/time.
