Can my daughter adjust status now? CR2 visa HELP

Hi everyone,

my daughter came with CR2 visa last Feb 5. She just got her conditional green card 4 days ago. I just applied for ROC last Dec of 2012. can my daughter apply for ROC now or she still needs to wait 2 years before she can apply/remove condition? please help thanks in advance. :)

also if thats the case, when I apply for citizenship that means she's still with the 10yr GC, can she apply the same time I apply for citizenship? or she has to wait too?
