I filed on February 4th for my 16 years old daughter and I'm worried because I can't even check the status online about the application, it took me more than 4 months to find her when she ran away and convinced her to go back, she is under government custody until she receives the appointment to get her visa, not going to school because is not a priority for the government there, and even sling things she shouldn't because they are giving her that freedom, also she can choose whether to stay there or come because she is legally protected to make that decision, I went to spend some time with her and convinced her to come live with me, and now I'm afraid she will change her mind again and won't come, and she is being encouraged to stay already by social workers and friends who doesn't really care because they don't live on her situation.. What can I do to accelerate the process? NVC and the embassy in Madrid are aware of the whole situation and they are willing to accelerate the visa process for me once the case is approved my concern is about immigration taking forever to approve it even though I sent a letter explaining her situation when I sent the application and I became a citizen in December
