The whole story: I came to US with CR1 visa. My port of entry was after our two year anniversary but I got conditional resident card. Initally, we did not go to ask for information. Now, I am in to my 90 days preparing I-751, I got information from other forum that I should file for replacement. With this info I went to USCIS office to ask info. The officer said technically I should have got my 10 yrs. Now, my card is going to expire within 80 days, he is not sure if I file I-90 or I-751. Not satisfactory answer, but was helpful. So now i started preparing I-90 and see what they will say.

On the form I have questions

Part 2 My status is?

Should I Choose what is on my green card (conditional) Or what I think should be(the green card)

Part 3

3. lcoation where you applied for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status?

My case was filed and sent to california service center. I was in my country, addis ababa, Ethiopia and I recieved my immigrant visa in US consular in Addis Ababa

What should be my reponse? Addis ababa consular office?

4. Location where immigrant visa was issued or uscis office were adjustment of status was granted?

for this one I thought I should say US consular in Addis

Please, I need your response and suggestions

Thank You

Dere

Moving from AOS forums to removal of conditions as the OP already has a green card and is not adjusting status but filing removing of conditions.

Yes, file the i-90 and pay no fee.

Part 2 My status is?

Should I Choose what is on my green card (conditional) Or what I think should be(the green card)

It doesn't really matter but I would choose the status on your card as that is officially correct today.

Part 3

The visa was issued in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. You never adjusted status anywhere.
