I-130 Application - Not sure which relatives to include

From Canada, I am USC completing the I-130 application for my husband. The I-130, Section C "Information About Your Relative"...ask to list spouse and all children of your relative.

Do I have to enter all his children's names, even though they are adults and will not be looking for a US Visa? Or do I only have to enter my name as his spouse?

Concept to remember is that these questions are just questions, so answer them accurately. You list yourself as your alien relative's spouse and then list all their children no matter their age or immigrant intent.

So, why are you asking? List them. The I-130 is a petition, not an application. Listing them only provided information. There's a later question asking if you're filing a petition for anybody else. USCIS will know by the dates of birth that these "children" are not eligible as your step children for immigration purposes.

But they are no longer Children which is what it asks for .

It won't change anything. He won't be applying for them, but he really should put their names down. That way he will have his bases covered. If USCIS decides it's not important, then no worries, if they decide it is important then you will have provided the necessary information. Either way, if you put the name of his children it will not hurt you.

You should absolutely list them. If they were coming along there would be separate application for them.

That's what I thought as well, so I included their names and birthdates to identify them as adults and indicated they were not intending to apply for a visa.
