Hello all,

We are about to start our Aos application. I will be going through the guides to get more info, but when we were doing the K-1 petition we had a cosponsor, I am now making enough money to support the three of us what would I need to do of I no longer want to use the cosponsor? And am I correct that the cosponsor has to resubmit all documents?

Thanks

If you make enough now, then only you need to fill out an I-864. No need for a joint sponsor at all. The co-sponsor from the I-134 with the K-1 is irrelevant. AOS is a whole new separate process with all new forms.
