This sort of threw me for a loop when I read it, makes it sound like B-2 is only for medical treatments and B-1 is the tourist visa; when we were filling out my wife's DS-230, it confused me because she came on a B-2 in 2010 for Christmas and New Year's, but, of course, was only here on holiday with me.

I think that it should be written differently, like:

"This forum is for discussing tourist visas (B-1/B-2) to the US. People wishing to enter temporarily for pleasure, tourism, business, or medical treatment should post here."

Just an idea.
