Let's Limerick!

Hopefully there are people out there who love a good limerick. Here's your task...I'll start the thread with a limerick. The next person to post must take one of the rhyming words from my limerick and use it in their own. The word you choose can be placed anywhere within the poem (see KNOW below).

For example:

First Limerick

There once was a girl named Flo,

She fell for a guy we'll name Joe.

They tried for a Visa,

Then had little Lisa.

And that is their story I know.

Followed by...

We know that the show is just grand.

It's the best we have in this land.

The people are funny

My day becomes sunny.

When finished, I'll give them a hand.

Some vent and others get sore

because its a process that seem like a lifelong chore

there are those who say no more I can endure

then U have those who'd like to come in then close the door.

The mind feels drain

the financial strain

often times people about to go insane

upon realizing they also need waiver claims.

People move around in fear

spouses hope mates will soon get cleared

as the finanial burdens looms near

having to prove hardshps is unclear

fearing adjudicato may not be fair

drawn out event gets into gear.

maybe months of waiting no one can bear.

Because this process is very slow

The government pulls the strings so we go with the flow

I hope that during the flight I can stay sane

Because of flying I am terrified

noted the file, now he's in permanent exile

his attorney just find, not even a D3 visa can take him out

back to work for my mate
