Im putting together my RFE. Long story short again, I have plane tickets passport stamps that we met while waiting for this to be approved. Basically last 6 months. They want proof before i sent this package. I guess my trips to cancun and brazil with her will be useless? I will send them anyway but all i have is photos, bus tickets with our names, Mac screen shots that have the dates, Letters from freinds and family members notorized we were together. NOW she was an au pair here in america. I made a copy of both my passport every page and hers. I just thought about this, Her passport IS stamped that she came to USA and stamped when she left. That IS within the 2 years. What do you guys think?

The bus tickets and passport stamps are much better  Use photos from the times you were together in person that are in conjunction with the visits proved by the tickets and passport stamps. Write who is the photos, where and when taken.

I think it is typically around 2-4 weeks to get the approval after sending back the RFE. Good luck! :)
