i have my k1 visa interview later on in the week and im hoping i have all required documentation + extras

i have...

loomis confirmation

interview letter

passport + 2 passport size photos

photocopy of biographic page of passport

medical exam in envelope

2 copies ds 230

ds156 (have to make 1 more copy i just realized)

ds 156k

ds 160 confirmation page

original / copy of NOA2

fiance letter of intent

my birth cert + photocopy

criminal record check

I134 from fiance

I134 from co sponsor

irs transcripts / paystubs/ employment letter from fiance

irs transcripts from co sponsor

fiances birth cert + photocopy

co sponsor copy of photographic page of passport

skype logs

working on getting phone records

what other kind of proof of ongoing relationship should i get? will the skype/phone calls be enough? i have skype logs + screenshots??

Timeline

Looks good to me so far! Montreal rarely asks for evidence of a relationship. I brought a few photos of us, flight itineraries, plane and train tickets and a couple emails printouts. Good luck with your interview- I'm sure you'll be just fine :thumbs:

If you've already sent those few documents in your packet 3, you don't need them at the day of the interview as far as I know.

Packet 4 asks for all the packet 3 forms again + documents. It's better to be safe than sorry anywho- who knows, Montreal might misplace something.

im just a bit nervous because i dont have alot of documents to prove ongoing relationship or whatever. (i have skype logs and phone records, screenshots of our facebooks saying were engaged).... but our daughters birth certificate should be enough to prove our relationship is legit!!! LOL...
