Is it easier for our LPR spouses to visit VWP countries?

So, hubs is an LPR now, we really want to visit Canada and the BVI. Is there any benefit in him having LPR status or does he still need a regular visa for these countries?

I had the same doubt. I have some good friends in London that my husband and I would like to visit within the next year or two, and while I doubt he can just show up without previously getting a visa, I think it may be easier for him to get a visa if he applies from the US. This may be wishful thinking, though. I haven't really looked into it, this is just me guessing.

LPR's travel by the rules of the passport they hold. Canada and Mexico have special rules, otherwise they need a visa. However the visa is usually easier as your spouse is seen as less likely to overstay

Agree. First trip after my wife (from Ethiopia) got her GC was to our neighbors to the north. No sweat. We actually went to Germany while she was still on her K3 visa. No sweat either. We did go to the German Consulate in person to apply for visa but folks there were really nice and easy about it despite her Ethiopian passport and lack of a GC.
