Oh come on dude..lol

Now "Andrew Zimmern has nuttin on us" should have covered that fact that viewer discretion is advised..

Now you've removed the "culture shock" factor out of the thread lol

Besides that, I think a forum of such diverse international background should be able to handle this just fine.....

Not according to the report utility.

You can use it to cook with, and as a dipping sauce. I love the stuff when used to steam left over roast pig and tofu...something like this, but with roast pig...

We ate all the ribs! There's actually a lot of meat on those ribs yet, which we removed and froze for later meals. Believe me nothing gets wasted on a pig around my house. For Filipinos, eating the skin is one of the best parts, thats why its missing over those ribs.

Yep those ducks look familiar, although I can't see the color. Here they have red duck, brown duck, and Peking duck. And they always have the head of the roast pig sitting there to. After all, I think they want to show it wasn't someones pet before

You guys have inspired me to have a Chinese Shabu Shabu tonight.........

You can get life in prison for Shabu in the Philippines. But somehow I think we're not talking the same stuff.
