Hello Everyone.

I got some inquiries hope anyone can help information.

My fiance got an outstanding loan in the government until now and his not paying yet due to the fact that his salary is so small.

My worries is , By not paying his loan to the Government can affect our application for I-129F... Let me know pls... We plan of paying it soon as we try to fix everything.

Your information is highhy appreciated!

Thank you,

The government always gets their money back. If he's entitled to refund when he files his taxes, they'll use that money to satisfy the loan.

I don't think it will affect the petition. What will affect it is the amount your fiancé makes. If it's not above 125% above the poverty line, you'll have a problem. I've read previously that Manila doesn't allow co-sponsors...
