For those who didn't know (or don't seem to want to acknowledge) every single political party in Palestine is considered illegal by Israel - even PA President Mahmoud Abbas' Fatah. Also, under Israeli's Military Order 101, any gathering of ten or more Palestinians is also a criminal act.

Military Order #101: forbids a gathering of more than 10 people unless the Israeli military receives advance notice with names of all participants. That would be a real pain in the butt.

Where is the order that makes all Palestinian political parties illegal? Or is it through the interpretation of this law?

Here's a really strange one

Military Order #96: forbids transport or purchase of goods on a donkey.

Reading over a list of these orders on wikipedia, certainly makes clear how onerous living under Israeli rule is to Palestinians. There was a time I thought Palestinians and Israelis could find peace. But now I feel the leadership on both sides don't really want peace, unless its through the complete extermination of the other side. The people might want it, but the leadership doesn't seem to care.

Military Order 101 effectively criminalizes all Palestinian political activities, including organizing and participating in protests; taking part in assemblies or vigils; waving flags and other political symbols; printing and distributing political material; or "influencing public opinion" (unless Israel says it's ok, then it's ok - this is in the fine print about Palestinians requiring an Israeli permit to take part in political activities.)

Obviously, these laws are enforced selectively, as it suits Israel's purposes.
