Get Work Visa after F-1 Visa?

Hey everyone. I'm new here so bare with me.

I'm currently 22 years old. I just got back to my native country and I'm trying to get back to the US as soon as possible to perceive my career and dreams. I went to US Community College for 2,5 years. I never graduated with an AA, but I got a certificate. Last semester I Interned for a company who might be interested in hiring me. I loved working there, but after my research it looks quite hard to get a Visa to work there legally.

The position is graphic designer, and I read that the company have to prove that no legal American qualifies for the job before they can even offer me the position. And after the figured that out I need to get a lawyer and pay about 5,000$.

I just wonder if there's an easier way to get hired, as they are interested in hiring me.

They need to pay for the visa/ lawyer, not you. It's part of the paperwork that the sponsor, ie the employer, pays.

Anoteher option may be a J1 internship visa, but I am not sure if you ca get that when you did your studies in the USA, as opposed to at a college back home, and is usually only for a year.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

If there was an easier way to work in the US, everyone would do it.

The company would sponsor your visa and would pay the fees.

Work visa is not really an option for someone without at least bachelor degree.Also there are a lot of graphic designers in US that are unemployed right now.Your employer would have to advertise for you position and prove no one in US is available to fill it.

10/24/2012: EAD production ordered
10/26/2012: Interview in San Antonio. AOS approved!
11/5/2012: USCIS claims green card delivered, nothing in mailbox.
12/5/2012: Service request filed for non-delivered green card.
12/7/2012: Service request replied to (but not delivered).
1/4/2013: Filed I-90, paid another $450
1/24/2013: Biometrics again...

As others have stated, it will be quite difficult to get a work visa if you do not have at least a Bachelor's degree. Looking at the ONET report for Graphic Designers, there is practically zero chance that an Associate's degree would be sufficient to qualify for a work visa, let alone just a certificate.
