maybe i should just move to the philippines it would be easier

and would not have to deal with the incompetance of the USCIS.

They sent me a letter (not noa 2) requesting information on why i want my case expedited and on the same letter they said my case was already approved but no one a USCIS knows anything about it!

It depends, mine was held in Manila and they are very kind. The seminar is very helpful too, it was an eye- openner. The counseling session was not even scary. I think it is case to case basis.

Don't you think they should realize the person who has the visa to come to the us knows what they are getting into come it takes months to get one of these things and then they try to scare the people into not leaving #######? you don't see the us putting on "seminars" to scare people from going to other countries!

I am working as a social worker and many Filipinas dont know what they are into. I agree with the Office of President making this department in support of Filipino migrating abroad. I dont know why some find it scary... maybe it depends on the person. I may say it is informative and empowering rather than what other people perceived it to be.

Then why can only filipinos attend these "seminars" My fiance'e is scared enough as it is, coming to a new country and leaving her family and all her friends, why the scare tactics I read here on VJ that one interviewer asked one lady what size underwear her fiance' wore that is totally uncalled for and out of line. The more I read here the more I believe the only way that I will be with my Marissa is if I move there everywhere I turn there is one more form to fill out or one more fee to be paid or one more interview to do I should have married her there then I could get her here quicker, actually I should have never got on that plane to come home. Obama says he wants family unity but seems like he is doing everything in his power to keep us from our families! oh I fotgot we are US citizens they don't have that program for us, only for the "illegals".

My wife came out of CFO some what worked up and agitated (I was sitting outside), and the grocery list of ####### they asked for was nuts... she bought the booklet also and when I looked at it I had to laugh as it was so dated, looked like info from the 50's
