Ok,so I went yesterday and had my biometrics. Everything went smothly. Today I check the mail and there it was. The request to apear for the interview.

Im shocked that they moved so fast and also confused about few things.

The letter states that I have to have with me a complet medical examination and the suplement vaccination sheet unless submited. Now I submited the suplement but I though I don't need a medical? For those of you who have been through this, did you had this request in your letter and did you actually had the medical done?

The letter also states to bring the Affidavid unless submited. So do we take it with us or no since we submited it?

Also what does "all documentation establishing your eligibility for Lawful Permanent Resident status" stands for? What exactly they ask for?

Thanks you all.

You will need the Vaccination Supplement if you did not submit it with your AOS application. You can have it done at a civil surgeon in the U.S. If you received a Vaccination Worksheet from the medical exam for the K-1 Visa, take the worksheet with you and the civil surgeon can just transfer the information from the worksheet onto the Supplement. We found a civil surgeon that did that for $35.00.

If you had your K-1 medical exam less than one year from the date you submitted your AOS application, you do not need another medical exam. It should be with your file when you go for your AOS interview. The POE that you went through was supposed to send the medical exam and everything else in the sealed brown envelope to the USCIS and they will attach those contents to your file at the local office where your AOS interview will take place.

If you submitted a notarized I-864 with your AOS application, you do not need to take another one to the interview. Just take some current pay stubs and a letter of employment.

The "documentation" required would be such things as the K-1 Visa, the I-94, birth certificate, and of course, all the documents you can provide that show you have joint accounts, credit cards, car ownership and insurance, medical insurance, life insurance, etc.

Good luck at your interview.

Congrats. I got my interview notice 36 days after they sent me my initial receipt notice. I was quite shocked, just as you were! I also got my biometrics appointment notice 11 days after my initial receipt.

Not sure if i was extremely lucky or they're really starting to get their act together

As for taking applications you've already submitted, my lawyer instructed me to simply take copies of everything. We also don't need a new I-864 (affadavit of support) since my wife's job or salary hasnt changed yet..

Interview will be on 30th of March.

I had my supplement done in Austin.I took the clinic name from USCIS website and it costed me $75 but that is because i was missing one vaccin. The vaccin was $50 so the supplement itself was $25
