I know I have not waited as long as many of you. My fiance and I are at 170 days. But I thought I would try an e-Request to see what they would say. However, since they updated the site to show that os of Dec. 31 they are working on July 18, and no longer post 5 months, they will not allow us to file an e-request. This is because our NOA1 date is after the July 18 date. BUMMER

I guess this prevents them from recieving too many e-Requests as they are so far behind.

Yeah, our NOA1 date is 8/06/2012 (California center) which means we are heading into our 7th month and have not heard back. We also tried the e-request but it won't allow us since they updated the processing time :(

Really hoping the hurry up :)

Hang in there!
