Letter of Intent to Marry?

My fiance accidently sent me the wrong version of the form (the version I wrote for myself). He didn't remember to update it with his details, etc.

I'm leaving the US soon and heading back to Denmark and need to submit the forms sooner rather than later.

Would it be possible for him to just sign it and email it back to me?

Or is it absolutely necessary to have an original sent in?

I'd appreciate any help and advice you all can give me!!

USCIS forms must contain an original signature, not scanned, so what you propose is not possible.

Since the process takes months, there is no need to rush at this stage. Get all your ducks lined up in order first, then file. Do it right.
