Address Question

Hi all. Okay so my brother just left the two jobs he had here and relocated to Virginia. He doesn't have a permanent address and now his wife has her interview in less then a month. When filling out the papers we think it's best that we continue using the address here but then his employer information is going to be from Virginia. How in the world do we explain all of this to them? We are putting that the address she is relocating to is here in Chicago but we don't want them to go why in the world would she go to Chicago if her husband is in virginia. Sometimes having things happen so fast isn't such a good thing! lol He applied for the K-3 about 2 months ago! Oyeeeee!

Wow I guess this is indeed a tough one. Well I think we have figured it out. We are just gonna write a letter explaining it all and have my bro sign and notarize it. That's all he can do for now I guess.

If your brother is moving to Virginian and his wife is about to get her K3, why is she moving to Chicago? That makes no sense, and likely won't to an adjudicator either. Is the job in Virginia temporary and is he moving back to Chicago? Is she eventually going to follow him to Virginia?

These are questions that will come up, and it will bring the validity of their marriage into question. She may not pass the interview.

divorced - April 2010 moved back to Ontario May 2010 and surrendered green card

PLEASE DO NOT PRIVATE MESSAGE ME OR EMAIL ME. I HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT CURRENT US IMMIGRATION PROCEDURES!!!!!

so should we put the address he is currently living in Virginia as the address she will be moving to? We've got no problem with that it's just that isn't a permanent address. We also don't want to file a change of address form now because we think that it might confuse things mrore. He moved there because he got a way better job there in his field, which there isn't plenty of here in Chicago. He thought it would be better for their financial future to take the opportunity.

I feel like I am talking to myself on this thread butttt...I just looked at the AR-11 form and have figured it out. It is best to fill that out and just have a copy present at the interview. Thanks for your input Reba!
