Hello everyone, first of all I would like to thank the moderator and administration of this website as they are doing a great job!!!

Now my case here is as the following:

My wife and I got married in Mexico this January 30th of 2013, she is a Belarus Citizen and I'm a Jordanian Citizen with dual citizenship to USA, in another word U.S Citizen, after reading and spending hours and hours of studying papers and getting the correct documents I enlisted the following documents for the I-130 petition...

1- I-130 form

2- G325A form from my wife

3- G325A form from myself

4- Notarized translation of our marriage certificate to English

5- Notarized translation of my wife birth certificate to English

6- Notarized translation of my wife divorce decree (never been married)

7- Notarized translation of my wife as a single mother (her child is 5 year old)

8- 2 photos passport style of myself, 2 photos passport style of my wife

9- 4 Wedding photos as evidence of us getting married

10- Cover letter indicating our ongoing relationship status

11- Photo copy of entire passport of my wife

12- Photo copy of entire passport of myself

13- Money Order of $420

14- Few receipts of Western Union of me supporting my wife while she is outside the country before marriage

15- 3 documents of Buddy O'Mine to indicate that I knew my wife for a long time with notarize as well.

16- My Birth Certificate with translation to English

Now what I'm missing here is the following information as I'm unsure of what I need to fill in those blanks...

Starting with Form G-325A:

1- The section on the top right hand corner of the paper "File Number A" do I leave this blank or do I fill in my old Alien Registration number?

2- Applicant's Residence last five years. List present Address first. (I been living at my parent house for 5 years and half, but I want this process to go through a P.O Box that I will be buying just in case I leave the house and rent an apartment for me and my wife, so how can I file that P.O Box as a return address, what should I write and where?

3- This form is submitted in connection with an application for: (what should I file here exactly? I read few examples that says *Others* Petition I-130* and some other examples say *Status as Permanent Residence*) so which one is more correct to choose?

4- Work name and address, do I need to file full address or just include city name? like "MB Development, Miami" or full address of the company I work with?

Now going for next part Form I-130:

1- Question #22 in the form, about the adjustment of status, I know Belarus and USA diplomatic relation is broken and they don't process visa or interview in Belarus, and closest embassy over there that does this work is located in Warsaw, Poland... So do I fill in Warsaw Poland, or do I keep it blank? (N/A)

And finally her son petition, I include almost identical information of passport copy, birth certificate, single mother, letter explaining parent situation, 2 photos of him, 2 photos of me, my passport copy, my birth certificate copy, money order of $420.

Thanks for your time and I hope I get a quick response so I can be done with this long mission and not waste anymore time!

G-325A

1. If you are a citizen, you leave this blank. You are no longer an alien. Your wife and stepson would fill this space in with "none" or "n/a".

2. This question is for your residence, not your mailing address. Put your parents' address. A PO box is not a residence.

3. Other: I-130. You are asking that your wife and stepson be given a family-based visa.

4. We used full addresses. If you run out of space, use a blank sheet of paper, label it "Continuation", and give the question number.

I-130

1. Are your wife and stepson in the US? This question is directed to applicants whose spouses are already residing in the States. Put Warsaw if that is the closest consulate that processes visas, but it is not a guarantee that their applications will go there.

I don't pretend to get every answer correct, so I hope that you'll have additional members chiming in. However, I hope this helps. Good Luck!

3- G325A form from myself

4- Notarized translation of our marriage certificate to English (include photo copy of original as well)

5- Notarized translation of my wife birth certificate to English (not needed)

6- Notarized translation of my wife divorce decree (never been married) (need photocopy of original as well, if someone has never been married they don't have any divorce decrees)

7- Notarized translation of my wife as a single mother (her child is 5 year old) (??? what is this... not needed)

8- 2 photos passport style of myself, 2 photos passport style of my wife

9- 4 Wedding photos as evidence of us getting married

10- Cover letter indicating our ongoing relationship status

11- Photo copy of entire passport of my wife (Not needed)

12- Photo copy of entire passport of myself

13- Money Order of $420

14- Few receipts of Western Union of me supporting my wife while she is outside the country before marriage

15- 3 documents of Buddy O'Mine to indicate that I knew my wife for a long time with notarize as well.

16- My Birth Certificate with translation to English (not needed if you're including your passport that shows your citizenship)

If you are naturalized you need to include photocopies of that information!

Now what I'm missing here is the following information as I'm unsure of what I need to fill in those blanks...

Starting with Form G-325A:

1- The section on the top right hand corner of the paper "File Number A" do I leave this blank or do I fill in my old Alien Registration number? put in your old number... also make sure it's on the back of your photos.

There should be an address section otherwise. A PO box is not a physical address. But the address on the G325a is NOT how they determine where to send your mail... that's on the I-130.

3- This form is submitted in connection with an application for: (what should I file here exactly? I read few examples that says *Others* Petition I-130* and some other examples say *Status as Permanent Residence*) so which one is more correct to choose? Other - Form I-130 (you can add petition for spouse if you want)

4- Work name and address, do I need to file full address or just include city name? like "MB Development, Miami" or full address of the company I work with? Full address is preferable

(N/A) Find out where she would get the interview.

And finally her son petition, I include almost identical information of passport copy, birth certificate, single mother, letter explaining parent situation, 2 photos of him, 2 photos of me, my passport copy, my birth certificate copy, money order of $420. You need wedding certificate, his birth certificate, fee and any divorce decrees. Nothing else.

Thanks for your time and I hope I get a quick response so I can be done with this long mission and not waste anymore time!

Now for these answers, I became citizen through naturalization, do I need photo copy of my naturalization certificate? or birth certificate?

and about physical address on I-130, I heard most of people can forward the USCIS petition respond like I-130 and the NVC as well AoS to a P.O Box, so I was wondering how to do that, thanks a lot!

Also by any chance, when they send back the petition after I file, do you or anyone here happen to know the size of the petition? because I'm looking at my choices of letter size with P.O Box

I just reread the instructions. You can submit your entire passport OR you can submit your naturalization certificate. Whatever you choose that proves you are a US Citizen. You do not need both. Your birth certificate from another country does not need to be submitted.

I'm not sure how you would get them to forward correspondance to a PO box unless you change your address after you send in the petition. Perhaps someone else will have a better answer for that.

Also by any chance, when they send back the petition after I file, do you or anyone here happen to know the size of the petition? because I'm looking at my choices of letter size with P.O Box

You mean if you're rejected? They do not send back any petitions unless it's rejected. They will send you a Notice Of Action I-797C letter, but it's a simple letter, that's it.

Please not corrections

1. You are not an alien but you do have an A number. Enter it, if known.

2. Correct. You cannot live in a PO Box. Put that address on the I-130 if you want.

4. City and state of employer is fine.

So what do you suggest about the P.O Box then? as I need to have the immigration paper forwarded to that P.O Box in case I change address, as you know these documents are confidential.

Like I said, put the PO Box on the residence address on the G325a.

Like I said, put the PO Box on the residence address on the G325a.

And that is where it is getting confusing, some people say put on I-130 which I don't see any place where to put unless I change my home address, and on G-325A I see address for last 5 years, I lived in same house for almost 6 years now, should I write the P.O address as present address, or the house address? or corresponding address?

I'm little lost here, and I'm hoping someone who been through same situation to write what they did with this or someone with experience in this field, I don't want to send papers and later on move to another address and everything goes to my old address and by accident gets thrown away or something from that sort.

Put your residence address on the G325a. That's where you live. You do not, never have and never will live in a PO box. Put the PO box address on the I-130, in the first section. Put your current residence address as the address in the USA, your spouse intends to live. It doesn't matter if things change during the process. You'll have multiple opportunities to update addresses as needed.

Now, read carefully, interpret literally and act accordingly.

Put it on the I-130 is what he meant. Not the G325a.

I understand that, but I don't see a section where it asks me for P.O Box in the I-130, unless I should put my P.O Box address in the physical address field?

Put the PO Box in section B 2 of the I-130. Really. Just do it.

Like pushbrk said, read and take things literally. The I-130 doesn't ask for your address where you live. It asks for your address, as in, mailing address.

Also, make sure you read the instructions carefully. The requirements for your step-child are different for those of your spouse. Read the instructions, follow them step by step, nothing more and certainly nothing less. You don't send pictures of your child, you don't send G-325 for your child's application. You do send your marriage certificate to show when you got married to his/her mother AND the child's birth certificate in order to show they were still a child when you got married to their parent.
