the USCIS will know you were previousl married to a USC and you will need to provide a divorce decree. the consulate officer will without a doubt ask your new wife about your ex wife and the marraige

you need to tell your wife so that she wont look stupid at the time of interview... you will need to declare your previous marriage with divorce papers and such..

go to morocco, talk to your wife personally. if you talk to her over the phone she will hang up on you..... this is a major decision.

The point is I am filing I-130, in CO, the I-130 for my wife (who is out of the country), and I was wondering what are the chances of her knowing about it during the interviewer officer at the US consulate, or what other possibilities for her to know about it from the immigration papers I filed for her.

Just an echo...they Will ask her about it and you should most definitely tell her. You can't have a good marriage without trust, it has nothing to do with luck.

Best of luck to you anyways, ishallah and with all honesty from you, maybe she will forgive you.

May God bless and keep you always~ May your wishes all come true~ May you always do for others~ And let others do for you~

May you build a ladder to the stars~ And climb on every rung~May you stay forever young
