It's on the official US embassy, Algiers youtube channel so I am sure it is. I also noticed the embassy in Bangkok did one too.

Arabs in trouble for doing the Harlem Shake!

I heard about that and thought to myself now that's an interesting response and I wonder what all the "huff puff" is about. Harlem shaking seems like harmless fun. I mean there are more videos of Harlem shaking in Saudi Arabia than in either Tunisia or Egypt and there doesn't seem to be any backlash for that in their country. What about the Harlem shaking in the US Embassy in Algeria? No backlash there that I've heard of either.
