Hi all

The reply from the embassy is stating that we can apply for a waiver, although they said that they've already returned the application to the USCIS. What do you think we should do? Will it help? How to write it? Should we send it to USCIS or the embassy? What is it about? What to do in general?

You send the waiver to USCIS (lockbox in Nebraska Service Center). Here is the link for more information:

Mo we need to know why they said you could apply for a waiver. Is it for misrepresentation? a waiver isn't something that can easily be done on your own
