RFE for "lost" medical

Got the hard copy RFE. My wife's green card is sent to the printer, daughter (k-2) has RFE for "state dept" loosing the medical from Kyiv. RFE note a review of the record indicates that you entered the United States pursuant to a valid K@ nonimmigrant visa. All USCIS records relating to you have been reviewed. The US Department of State medical forms DS-2053, DS-3024, DS-3025 and DS-3026 were not forwarded by the Department of State.

The I-693 vaccination record you submitted with the I-485 was recieved and meets requirements.

because the medical evaluation was not forwarded you will need to locate a civil surgeon and complete the medical examination portion of the form I-693

So I am forced to again pay for an exam that already was completed. All documents for my wife and child were together in the sealed envelope so who dropped the ball???

Pretty easy to see why there are so many "illegals" in the usa.

Actually they dropped the ball, not your faults and yes you need to pay for you daughter exams again

Yes, you need to pay again. More precisely you need to submit another medical exam, what you pay for it, they do not care. If anything goes wrong in this process, it is your problem.

Medical exams are not the reason for illegal immigrants. Avoiding payroll costs are the reason for illegals. YOUR family will be able to work legally and become citizens in 3 years. Illegals cannot.

braun as you read my not so past post this also happen with sveta however she had her vac records from her med exam and we found a surgeon that was honest and reasonable and only charged for what was needed also charged only 25.00 for filling the i-693 so shop around
