Has anyone had their I-129F petition routed or sent to the Missouri Service Center? I've never even heard of a Missouri Service Center until today. I keep trying to follow up on my petition that is way outside of processing times and talked to a tier 2 person today at USCIS. I was told that the petition was recently transferred from Vermont to Missouri for further processing. Anyone have any idea what that means or why that would be after 10 months that is would be transferred to some other service center? Thanks for any information that you can provide.

I can only offer what my experience was... When my gal's case got transferred from the VSC to the CSC and then to the MSC it was just government paperwork. For my gal, her AOS was approved. For you, I would think that your gals I-129 paperwork/visa was in the process of being approved. Otherwise, you would have received information indicating that there "might/was/is" be a problem.

Best of luck!

The Missouri Service Center (MSC) is the same as the National Benefits Center, it is in Lee Summitt, MO. Vermont must be overloaded and the paperwork was transferred to another center for processing.

Thanks everyone for the comments and ideas. It must have more to do with just overload though or it would have been transferred months ago since mine is over 10 months old. One person asked me if my case is unusual. I do have an extenuating circumstance. Rather than take up a lot of space here, I posted about my case in this thread............http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/414066-300-days-and-over-club/page__hl__300+and+over+club

PS - In the other thread I said my petition had been transferred to my local USCIS office. That's what I had been informed by USCIS but have subsequently found out it was transferred to MSC.
