I've been asking myself that question. For some reason I think March 11th or 18th it will happen. It's just a guess, but it's got to happen at some point, right???? :P Until then I'll continue to prepare for my NOA2 and put as much pressure on CSC as possible with writing anyone who can possibly help.

Is that a total gut feeling or did you go by some historical evidence? I've noticed you're a stats person in some of your posts.

Everything is a guess at this point, so I could be completely wrong. There are a lot of things that give me hope of things changing within the next month. DACA backlog getting smaller (although still huge), I-130 backlog at CSC getting smaller with post Aug. 15th cases not being sent there, and the I-129F CSC backlog getting bigger than VSC's backlog. There has got to be something that will trigger the decision maker at CSC to assign adjudicators to K1 cases. I just hope for all us it comes soon.

NOA1 - 8/24/2012

NOA2 - 3/18/2013 Only took 207 days at CSC

Just got off the phone talking to a tier 2 representative. I'm not sure what he did with my case but said csc has until march 13th to process my case and that I should hear something by then. That is not a service request is it? Any idea what this Representative did for me?

i wish that USCIS will make a statement about what's goin on with the I-129F processing. An official statement to let us know their reasons and how long for us to wait. Not like this, we are only guessing. grrrrrr.... I wish that somebody from this site is an employee of USCIS then he/she can help us to be our eyes and ears in that office. :innocent:

I think I have everyone beat in this forum as far as waiting goes for the NOA2 at 378 days or one year and twelve days. My interviewing officer told me that the slow processing is because immigration has been overloaded with dream acters and soon even worse when the govt passes the new immigration law.

I am completely numb at this point. There is not much that affects me now and i dont call immigration anymore it is a complete waste of time.

Serious question and idea coming. Is it possible that they've lost your I-129F? I know they are in deep trouble if they lose a file, so maybe they are hoping it will pop up one day?

I'm sure you've thought about this, but what about withdrawing the I-129F and filing a new petition...one that will actually be in someone's hands?

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

No Ice froze my file for being married before for over ten years and i sponsored her from mexico. Then they sent it to the investigative unit because i am in the military. They said they have a high rate of fraud with military so they put me through the ringer. My file has been approved by the investigating officer and now i am just waiting for csc to process it.
