Exactly after 6 months, got our NOA2

Yes yes yes, we got our NOA2 today. The best ever news I received this morning from my fiancee. It's 9.05 am here in New Zealand and I was asleep after a hard day's work yesterday following college. My fiancee rang me and simply said "We got our NOA2, but I am driving, I cant talk to you right now", lol.

Anyway I would like to thank the VJ family here for their consistent support and encouragement. My VJ timeline actually said my case would be adjudicated between February 25th to March 5, 2013. So, my case was approved 3 days ahead of the timeline. I just feel so happy.

I was worried about so many things. I opened a thread about---if we were going to receive an RFE, coz I forgot to write our names, location and dates on the back of photographs etc, but the learned members here assured me that its not an issue at all. Thank you so much guys and gals for the reassurance you have given me. I feel so sleepy after last night's work but cant sleep now at all, ,lol.

I wish all the very best to those who are waiting especially the 200 group. I really hope they get their NOA2's very soon, I am an August filer from VSC and I am sure they are really doing some work there. It looks great to see my timeline received NOA1 on August 22nd, received our NOA2 on February 22nd. Thank God.

Sorry for the longish post. I am just very excited today.

Awww... Congratulations!!! Great news. You must be so excited and it wasn't too long a wait for you guys.

Now you've got your interview to plan for and keep you occupied (as well as College and work, haha).

(just saw I got a PM, thanks and let me know how the rest of it goes - just follow the guides, Auckland seems to be pretty straight forward by all accounts) No doubt there'll be a big smile on your face all day, so have a good one YAY !!

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .
