K1 Visa Refusal 221-G for documents Mumbai Consulate

We had K-1 refusal in January requesting more skype, emails, phone logs. Feb 15 submitted to Chennai thru Team Stanley, but received letter in courier packet dated Feb 8 (before submitting documents) that has the 212(a)5(a) checked, instead of 221G. Confused; customer service did not know. Also received some of the photos back with medical and police clearance. We were told once requested documents submitted, would need to do 2nd interview in Mumbai, but now it looks like a final refusal? Anyone have any info like this? Thank you - kind regards.

Yes, it is final refusal because they dont believer your relationship.

Oh, well thanks for the reply! That is disheartening - although we know it is due to big age difference, we thought positively anyway.

Please keep in mind, this does not close your immigration door.

Now you guys would have to change the situation. Best suggestion: If your fiance can move to India to be with you.

Thanks for the advice. We do not know how to overcome obstacle of birth years, even after marriage, we are still the same couple. Did finally get reply from Mumbai saying it was determined relationship was not credible. I know we had as much or more than most couples to show our relationship, but they were fixated on the age difference.
