DS 230 question

As the Canadian beneficiary, how do I fill the is question out on the DS 230?

35. List dates of all previous visits to or residence in the United States. (If never, write "never") Give type of visa status, if known.

Give DHS "A" number if any

Do I just put none since there is no I-94 number? Or do I list when I have just traveled across on my passport?

I live on a border town and cross several times a year for vacation, or sometimes just as simple as to fill up on gas. There is no way I could ever remember or put down every time I crossed into the USA it would be pages and pages long! What do you suggest I do? The last couple years and then do an explanation?

I would suggest listing the last 5-10 visits (as long as you know the dates), then include a paragraph similar to mine (as long as it's the same situation: you were inspected every time you entered). They know that as Canadians most of us visit A LOT and it's pretty much impossible to know the details of every visit.
