We just got married January 9, 2013 in the Philippines. My wife has a prior passport with her maiden name on it. Does she need to change that to her married name before the interview in Manila? Also ,is it important to get her to change her id's to her married name? Thanks in advance for your help on this topic.

she can change her passport to her married name, but no need to change her maiden name ID's.. she may or may not change her ID's. USEM will accept all the ID that she have even if its maiden name.. and the petition name has to be the name that appears on her new passport. make sure to have her NBI, one with the maiden name and one with the married name.
