Lots of bright sidesin this thread. Beats some of the pity party threads out there, of which I too am an offender.

We are all guilty of that for sure one way or another.

But we are all above ground, breathing, and it's Saturday night.

Couldn't agree more! I try to look at it like another day is another blessing and I am marrying my soulmate in due time. So things could be worse

My bright side: even though I would really like to be in the US, I happen to be missing the terrible winter weather and wind. If there's a good time to live in the tropics, it's this time of year.

I live in California. Warm and sunny all week while northeast is dealing with one of the most brutal winters. So it all depends. But can't say we have quite as good as the tropics!
