Hi Forum:

Just wanted to know how accurate the VJ timeline is. My case status is getting moved every single day without an approval. Like all of us , I am eagerly waiting for the 130 approval for my mother. I am in my home country taking care of her medical needs. My family is back in US going thru some tough times.

Forum please comment is there a way to address this with USCIS. I called up the toll free number and was transferred to level 2 support but they just said that u are still within the processing time.

My Mom PD for I-130 is 12/3/2012. I see people with PD of Jan 2013 getting approved. Is it that , they are keeping the parents 130 on wait and approving the other 130's .

If this date range has passed or your application is past due per USCIS processing times then you should consider calling the USCIS to inquire on your petition. If you have been approved please update your timeline

it's only as accurate as the people who enter their information into the VJ system. If you are still within normal processing times there is nothing you can do until you are outside the timeline for your service center.

My case was transferred to NBC and NBC does not have 130 listed in the forms they process
